Which phones are compatible?
Most smartphones with NFC capabilities are compatible. Click HERE to see which phones are compatible.
Why isn't my phone working?
First check that your phone is compatible by reviewing the compatible phone in the previous FAQ.
If your phone is an iPhone, then make sure your tapping the back top of your device.
If your phone is an Android, then make sure your tapping the back middle of your phone.
If you are using a phone case. Try tapping your phone without the case on.
Make sure you are tapping your phone to the bottom middle of the product you have.

How do I customize the video that plays on my phone?
In the customization section for each product is a text box to add your own instructions. If you want a video to play, then pictures to play afterwards, then make sure to indicate that.
You can ask for your own customization of the video that plays.
Am I able to update the video that plays after the product is shipped?
At this time the video will not be able to be updated after the product has been shipped. Future updates will make this possible.
How will I know the progress of my order?
Production will take 1 to 4 days.
You will receive a tracking number after your product(s) has been shipped.
If you have not received a tracking order after 5 days, please contact memoriesatatouch@gmail.com.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping to the continental US takes up to 5 days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will take up to an additional 7 days.
